We recently took our 8 yo daughter to HearCare and have nothing but great things to say. The staff is kind and does an excellent job explaining every part of the process. Our daughter was so excited about her first appointment that she said she wanted to go back a few hours after we left. I can’t recommend them enough!

This was my first time at this office. The receptionist was very nice and greeted me right away. The office space was also very nice and there were cookies and coffee available. I was seen promptly by the doctor who was fun to talk to and who explained about the process he was going to use to help my hearing issues. He also thoroughly explained about the equipment he would be using.
I’ve never had a bad day at HearCare. as you walk into this beautiful clean building, the atmosphere is very relaxing and they offer you drink and snacks and a comfortable place to sit. all staff comes across has very friendly and professional. I’ve been going to HearCare for four years and i’ve never had any problems with my hearing aids and I love their year around service that they have to offer. HearCare is a very nice place to visit!

I have been going to HearCare for 3+ years. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I don’t usually have to wait very long for my appointment. The exam is thorough and very professional. I have never had a bad experience. They take good care of me and my hearing aids. I’m very pleased with the care I have received over the years. The employees are very friendly. As a new resident of the Fort Wayne area, I randomly selected HearCare audiology to determine whether I needed hearing aids. Selecting HearCare has been such a blessing. Ken Stewart guided me through the process of determining whether or could benefit from hearing aids in an easy-to-understand manner. Since my purchase, the entire staff have always been professional and respectful as they provide the services, I need. HearCare has a five-star organization. P.S. New additional location in SW Fort Wayne is an added benefit.
Went in this morning to get impressions done for custom in ear monitors. I was greeted very nicely from the receptionist and offered coffee or water right away. The place is very well kept and the parking lot is nice and big in the back with handicap access. I had the pleasure of meeting with Patrick and he was so kind and helpful. He checked multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and nothing bothered me during the molding process. If you are looking to get impressions or hearing aids I would HIGHLY recommend this place. They really do care so their name totally makes sense!

I had a problem with my hearing aid and I took it to the office to get it fixed. Aleena was very effecient in fixing it and was done very quickly while the other girls kept me content with chocolate chip cookies! Very good job girls!! Well cone, you qualify for a nice raise!!

I am grateful to have found such a warm and caring group to help me with my hearing problem. I am very satisfied with their detailed care any time I need it. It was one of the best choices I've made. Hearcare is a great place to get your hearing aids. They really take care of you.
Let me first start off by saying the office decor is sheek, loved it! Today my son Corey was getting his hearing devices. When we arrived, we greeted kindly. We sat in the lobby no more than 5 minutes. Jordan, who is the Hearing Instrument Specialist, came and got Corey, took him back to his office and introduced Corey to a whole new world. The technology this offce uses is incredible. Jordan did some pretty amazing things to adjust his hearing aids to just the right place for Corey to finally be able to hear. This is something that hasn't happened in such a long time. I swear I could've cried right there in that office because all the time and care the staff took for my son is just phenomenal. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone with any problems with their hearing . You will definitely have a wonderful experience and be very glad you called. Thanks again for such a fabulous experience!

I went in to clean out a build up in my ear and did not know what to expect. It was super simple and Jordan did a great job! They were all very nice and professional. I will definitely come back if I ever need to.
They dont accept medicaid or medicare. Quoted me for $35 for the initial appointment and $50 per ear for ear cleaning.
The staff is always willing to do their best to accommodate my urgent, self-inflicted problems. Thank you!
Very helpful, thorough and informative
I was extremely impressed this was the third place I had experience with. The amount of time asking me what I wanted from them was what really gave me hope the other places were more concerned with discussing cost and insurance rather than actually what they could do and why they were doing. I was very picky and still they worked everything I asked for and let me know what they could and couldn’t do. I am very pleased.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. I worked with Ken and Jordan. They both listened to what my needs were and were able to fit me and program the hearing aid to what I needed. I was diagnosed with conductive hearing loss so a hearing aid was a perfect solution for me. Some days I forget I even have it on. I’m glad I listened to my doctor and I’m happy I chose this place.

Follow up review: Today I had a hearing test, which I was very worried about. Jordan was thorough and patient with all of my questions and even sent me a couple of research articles. He let me spend a few extra minutes in the booth and talked to my “bad ear” so I could formulate a clearer description of what I am hearing. My hearing test was good, and I left feeling so much better. Jordan and the other HearCare staff really made my day. I can’t thank them enough for their remarkable service. Everyone at HearCare is authentic and they genuinely care. They are the best!!

I have always had great care here! I felt like each of the audiologists listened to my concerns and always did everything possible to help me with my hearing journey.
I moved to WI, but needed help. They worked me in (adjusting their schedule) to see me on my way to my vacation! Ken saw me, reviewed everything and quickly had an answer! He provided the education I needed, gave me extra supplies, and they texted me names of local audiologists I could trust. I am very happy to report my hearing aids are now very comfortable, and I heard too well on my vacation!!
