I purchased my hearing aids from Hear Care Audiology 3 years ago and have been very pleased with not only there product but their exemplary customer service.
They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It is refreshing to see a business that lives out their Christian beliefs.

I had an issue and walked in without an appointment. They were able to juggle their schedule and squeeze me in. They were very helpful and friendly. I was impressed with technology and people who helped me.

Super friendly staff! Was very satisfied with the care I received for my hearing test. And, on the way out they had chocolate chip cookies 😋!

My appointment with Patrick of HearCare was excellent. He examined my ears, installed new batteries and other parts. He made recommendations that were very helpful. The receptionist was excellent as well.

I have mild to moderate hearing loss. I first went to HearCare in 2018 to get a baseline of my hearing. At that time Ken said I had mild hearing loss at the higher frequencies with the most loss in my left ear. In 2024 it seemed to me that my hearing was getting worse so I made another appointment and Patrick tested me. My hearing was a little worse at the higher frequencies but my hearing at the mid-range in my left ear was below normal. I rented a pair of Oticon hearing aids for a test run. They seemed to help my hearing quite a bit so I opted to get and pay for a new pair of Oticons. All of the staff at HearCare have been very friendly and professional. I have recommended HearCare to several of my friends who are experiencing hearing loss, and I highly recommend them to you.
