JORDAN MALEY

Jordan first came to HearCare in college to shadow Ken while completing his finance degree at IPFW. He needed to determine a career path and quickly fell in love with patient care and HearCare as a business.

Now, his responsibilities here include several focuses: patient care, marketing, managing finances, and bookkeeping. Jordan’s favorite aspect of his job is getting to know patients on a personal level and being a part of their hearing journeys. He said, “It never gets old experiencing a patient’s improvement in overall hearing, understanding, and quality of life from the outside.”

He and his wife, Kayla, have been married since 2017 and have three amazing children: Leah, Owen, and Miles. Jordan loves experiencing life with his family: taking bike rides and walks, swimming with them all summer, or just playing wiffle ball in the backyard! He and Kayla enjoy taking walks, working out together, service in their church, traveling, and trying new foods together. Jordan loves all things fitness, basketball, the outdoors, and eating good food!

Jordan’s driving force at HearCare is to give our patients a safe place to come, be heard, and take the steps in their hearing journey to reignite connections with loved ones. Everyone should have the ability to be a part of the conversation, and our hope is to help each individual patient take steps towards that.
